How to Purchase


How to purchase from Runway in a Teacup.

First, read the general rules below.

General Rules

1. Serious buyers ONLY.

2. First come first serve basis. You make payment first, you get the goodies. :)

3. Strictly no back-outs, those who do will be blacklisted.

4. No exchanges, refunds and cancellations allowed.

5. Prices are non-negotiable and exclusive of postage fees. For postage fees, please read DISPATCH section bellow. Note: We ship internationally.

6. C.O.D (Cash on Delivery) can be arranged at the venues below at a minimal fee:

- Kepong Jusco/Desa Park City/Selayang Mall - F.O.C
- One Utama - RM3
- The Curve - RM3
- HELP University -F.O.C

However this is subjected to the time and availability of our dispatch person. Please email us to make arrangements.

7. Payment must be made within 3 days after orders are confirmed. Failure to do so will result in cancelled orders.


After reading the rules, pick what you fancy and place an order. Here's how!

Order Placement

To place your orders, please fill in your Purchase Order in our Order Form & forward it to runway.in.a.teacup@gmail.com.


We will confirm your orders through email within 24 hours. In that email we will advice you on how to make payment.

Payment Method

Please kindly make payment to our Maybank account within THREE (3) days after orders are confirmed by us. Failure to pay within the stated THREE (3) days will result in cancelled orders.


When we've received payment, we will post your items to you using Poslaju or alternatively arrange a C.O.D at a designated place.

Dispatch

Postage fees will be fully borne by customers.

Please refer to the Postage fees schedule below :

Pos Ekspress
-1 item: Rm 4 (W'Malaysia/E'Malaysia)

Poslaju
- 1-2 items: Rm 6 (W’ Malaysia), Rm 8 (E’ Malaysia)
- 3-4 items: Rm 8 (W’ Malaysia), Rm 10 (E’ Malaysia)
- 5-6 items: Rm 10 (W’ Malaysia), Rm 12 (E’ Malaysia)

We do international postage as well, however postage fees will be determined by weight of the item(s).

Do note that we will not be responsible for any loss or damages during the delivery of items.

If the items you want are sold out, don't despair!! We may be able to restock! But there are a few procedures to follow. Read below.


Restocking Procedures

1. First, tell us which item you fancy that is sold out. Boo!

2. We will check if the said item is restockable and will email you.

3. After the confirmation email, pay the full amount of the item to our Maybank account.

4. You get your goodies! Yay!!

5. However if the item is not available after payment, we will give you a full refund.
